Yes, you’d be happy to know that our products are vegan.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our products are manufactured in the USA.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?
Our products were formulated with all skin types in mind. Please carefully read each product page before purchasing. There are descriptions explaining which products are best for your skin type.
CAN I PUT MY PRODUCTS IN THE REFRIDIGERATOR?
We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. You can store products like face mists in the fridge for extra cooling effect and to prolong shelf life.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Yikes! We’re sorry we messed up. In the case we make an error and didn’t pack an item, please contact us immediately and we’ll have that item shipped to you ASAP. Please include your order number in the email. If an item is discontinued, we’ll issue you a full refund for it.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking number. You can also check on the status of your shipment by logging into your account and click on 'my orders' and it will lead you to the page with your order details as well as your tracking number.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, it is not possible to edit your order once your order is placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can only cancel orders that have not been fulfilled yet. Please check your order's fulfilment status by logging into your account and checking "fulfillment status". If it states that your order is "Unfulfilled" we may be able to cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hrs.
Once 24 hrs have passed, we're unable to cancel your order because it has already been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. Orders that have already been fulfilled are not eligible for cancellation.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

I RECEIVED BROKEN OR SPILLED ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! We’re sorry that happened. We do our best to securely package your goodies but damages can happen during transit. If you received any broken or spilled item, please contact us within 24 hrs. Email us at hello@purtique.com. Please include your order number and pictures of the damages in your email. We’ll do our best to immediately rectify the issue.

HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODES?
After filling your cart with all the products that you love, click the “Checkout” button from the Shopping Cart page. Enter your discount code in textbox field Gift Card or Discount Code. Then, click the “Apply” button to add the promotion to your order. You can enter the discount code anytime during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Note: Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes. Only one discount code can be used per order.
